Attractions

Steynsrus is a small village between Kroonstad and Bethlehem. To get to Bethlehem you have to go either via Lindley on the R76 or Senekal on the R720.

Architecture

The Dutch Reformed Church is built of Free State sandstone.

Willem Pretorius Nature Reserve

The Willem Pretorius Nature Reserve is southwest of the village, but to reach it you have to travel via Kroonstad and Ventersburg or Senekal.

Steynsrus was founded in 1910 and named after the last president of the Orange Free State, Martinus Theunis Steyn.
