Water in the bay and lagoon is warmer than in the Atlantic Ocean itself, so better for swimming. Lots of watersport is offered: boating, yachting, skiing, windsurfing, angling. Postberg Nature Reserve is a showcase of blooming wild flowers in spring: August and September. The West Coast National Park has 300 bird species.
